We live in beautiful Sutherland Springs Texas.
Which is half way between Austin and San Antonio.

This is the story of how Circle K Liberty Morgans came to be. When I was a young girl, I always LOVED horses. My journey began at my mom's family reunions in Sneedville, TN riding bareback with my sisters and cousins on horse mules. My mother always spoke of the Morgan horse as one of her favorite breeds. Spending summers up in Meeker, CO at my uncle's cattle ranch riding, grooming, and feeding his horses intensified my love of horses. Lucky for me, my best friend since 2nd grade always had horses where we spent most of our time riding them everywhere and even in some small-town shows. It was not until my company relocated my family to San Antonio from St. Louis in1993, that the dream started to become reality. My daughter Michelle wanted to learn how to ride so I enrolled her in a hunter-jumper and dressage classes at Turkey Creek in San Antonio. We leased her a horse and eventualy bought an Appendix for her and Quarter Horse for me, which we still have and love. One day while out for a ride, we met the McIntyre's. Well, as soon as I saw their Morgan Stallion and their new colt, I fell in love with the breed my mother always bragged about. Time passed and I ended up buying that little colt which is my breeding stallion, Tindo Liberty Jim (Jimmy). I decided to cross Lippitts with Government to see what would happen and bring more color into the breed and pray to produce a palomino. I acquired my morgan mare Moody Blues from Knoxville Tn. Since then I have showed both Tindo Liberty Jim and Moody Blues and they both have done quite well. We purchased a nice place in Sutherland Springs, TX and I acquired two more Morgan mares Lily Sue Allen and Rod's Rapsody from Oklahoma. I bred Lily to Jimmy which resulted in a strong good-looking 3 year old gelding, Lily's Liberty Jim, who is chestnut with flaxen mane and tail. A year later I bred Moody to Jimmy and have an outstanding, beautiful yearling palomino mare, Princess Liberty Blues. My daughter Michelle and I both work with the horses and my husband Mickey helps with whatever we need done, many thanks to him for being such a sport.
